Terms & Conditions | Telecom New Services

Independent company

Telecom New Services is an independent comparison and enrollment-assistance platform for telecommunications offerings. We are not an internet service provider and we do not directly deliver internet, television, wireless, phone, or home-security service.

Information from participating companies

Coverage, pricing, promotions, installation windows, package contents, equipment, credit checks, and other requirements are decided solely by participating providers and can change without notice. Offers you see or hear about may not be available at every address.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, brand names, and service marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear only to identify, compare, and describe products and services.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate details when asking for a comparison or enrollment, and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing the participating provider’s own terms before you complete a signup.

Compensation

Telecom New Services may receive a commission or other payment when a customer successfully enrolls with a participating provider. That payment does not change the provider’s published pricing or promotional offers.

Limitation of liability

We provide website information and enrollment assistance on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant the availability, accuracy, or performance of services furnished by participating providers.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Telecom New Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website or from services offered by third-party companies.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the website after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disclaimer

Telecom New Services is an independent comparison and enrollment-assistance platform. We help consumers review and sign up for internet, TV, phone, wireless, and home-security offerings from participating companies. Those companies may include Verizon, Spectrum, Xfinity, DIRECTV, AT&T, Frontier, Windstream, and other participating providers where they are available.

We may operate as a reseller, dealer, or sales partner only for participating providers with whom we currently have an active commercial or referral relationship. That relationship differs by provider and by market. Telecom New Services does not set provider pricing, promotions, installation schedules, service availability, equipment requirements, or network performance. Those items are determined solely by the participating provider and may change without notice.

All products, services, trademarks, logos, brand names, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear on this site only for identification, comparison, and informational purposes. Telecom New Services is not owned by, operated by, the corporate representative of, or officially affiliated with AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Xfinity, Frontier, Cox, DIRECTV, Viasat, or any other telecommunications company mentioned on this website unless we expressly say so.

If you enroll in service through Telecom New Services, we may receive compensation from participating providers. That compensation does not change the provider’s advertised pricing or your eligibility for available plans. Telecom New Services is not an internet service provider and does not itself provide internet, television, wireless, phone, or home-security service. Information on this website is believed to be accurate when published, but it may change without notice. Read the full Disclaimer.
